EQUIPMENT REQUIRED TO PLAY LACROSSE

You will need the following equipment items to play lacrosse:
  • Lacrosse Helmet (with face mask & chin strap)
  • Mouthpiece (visible with strap)
  • Shoulder Pads (NOCSAE ND200 Standard)
  • Arm Pads
  • Lacrosse Gloves
  • Lacrosse Stick (crosse)
  • Protective Cup
  • Cleats
  • Rib Pads (Optional)
  • Uniform (provided with Mountain Ridge Lacrosse Team Fees)
